Welcome to Building Advisor - Asset Health

Building Advisor - Asset Health empowers facilities teams to reduce energy and operating costs, improve reliability and performance, and manage indoor air and environmental quality by motivating proactive maintenance through automated analytics.

Indoor air quality issues related to outdoor air, relative humidity, pressurization, and airflow management have become more important in the current environment. One of the requests we have received from our users is to adjust diagnostic Maintenance priorities with a focus on indoor air quality guidelines provided by international and national organizations.  Because of this you may notice that the priorities may be at values that are different than what you are accustomed to seeing, adjusted to reflect an increased priority of these issues.
